Driver:

You must:

  • Be properly licensed with a clean driving record.
  • Have a High School diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Have Six (6) months to 1 year Household Goods experience.
  • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
  • Have basic literacy and math skills as well as good communication skills.

Duties include:

  • Daily operation of tractor/trailer in an efficient and profitable manner.
  • Loading and unloading of household goods shipments up to 20,000 lbs daily.
  • Packing shipments; compiling inventory lists.
  • Maintaining a good safety and claims record.
  • Adhering to company standards for customer satisfaction.

Sales:

You must:

  • Have a High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Have at least 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Possess superior communication skills.
  • Be familiar with various computer software programs.
  • Be able to receive inquiries from assigned accounts and customers after normal business hours.

Duties include:

  • Participating in client/prospect visits and presentations.
  • Providing moving estimates to prospective clients and closing leads.
  • Monitoring moves, maintaining direct contact with customers from the initiation of the order to its successful completion at the time of delivery.
  • Responsible for assuring that each customer is highly satisfied with his or her moving experience.

Relocation Foreman:

You must:

  • Have at least a High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Possess management experience
  • Have at least 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Possess superior communication skills.
  • Be familiar with various computer software programs.
  • Be able to receive inquiries from assigned accounts and customers after normal business hours.

Duties include:

  • Managing the entire relocation for each transferee being their single point of accountability and their advocate.
  • Overseeing operational functions within department and monitoring exceptions, shipment counts, and margins.
  • Monitoring moves, maintaining direct contact with customers from the initiation of the order to its successful completion at the time of delivery.
  • Responsible for assuring that each customer is highly satisfied with his or her moving experience.
  • Monitoring underlying costs.
  • Preparing and analyzing monthly/weekly performance reports.
  • Investigating and resolving problem shipments to avoid potential losses.
  • Hiring, training, counseling, and reviewing department employees.

Dispatcher:

You must:

  • Have a High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Have excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Possess superior communication skills.
  • Be familiar with various computer software programs.
  • Be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Duties include:

  • Managing a fleet of drivers and agents to ensure on-time delivery and accurate data integrity.
  • Completing daily reports to support our operating systems.
  • Investigating and resolving problem shipments to avoid potential losses.

Comptroller:

You must:

  • Have at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Economics.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership skills, and superior analytical skills.
  • Be able to get along well with clients and co-workers; a team player with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Computer proficient.

Duties include:

  • Applying principals of accounting to analyze past and present financial operations and estimating future revenues and expenditures to prepare budget and to justify funding requests.
  • Supervising the monthly close and report preparation, and managing the financial reporting system.
  • Managing the billing process to ensure timely billing and/or recognition of problems.
  • Managing payroll, employee withholding taxes, fringe benefits and other related tasks.
  • Assisting in analyzing major purchases within the company.
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual revenue and expense budgets for the company.
  • Assisting in company business planning, bank activities, collections, transfers and cash flow activities.
